The Advanced Electro Reflex Energizer (also known as the ERE or Advanced ERE™, reflexology foot and leg massager, or the reflexology machine) utilizes low frequency electrical stimulation to provide an overall feeling of relaxation based on the principles of Accupressure and Reflexology.

How the Electro Reflex Energizer helped me with my RSD / CRPS: At first, I didn't use the Electro Reflex Energizer a lot on my feet due to the RSD originating in my Left Foot. I took it slow and did a little bit at a time so my feet and legs could adjust to the Low Frequency Stimulation. I now use it on my feet occasionally, but I like it mostly for the Electro Pads. The electro pads really loosen up the muscles on my thighs and lower back. The pads also help to alleviate some of the nerve sensations like numbing, tingling, and that weird ache you get. I do use the foot pad part a lot on my hands for shoulder tension and it keeps my hands nice and relaxed from all my typing. Other friends of mine who have RSD in their legs said in the beginning it felt weird to use the Electro Reflex Energizer on their feet, but they used it daily and feel that it really helped them with their pain relief. Funny, how we are all so different with the RSD and what helps each of us. I do feel the low frequency stimulation helped my circulation and lessened my pain if for no other reason then the fact that you hold so much stress in your body when you are continuously in pain.
